Product Description

The Sunflower Seeds Shelling Production Line is a high-efficiency, labor-saving system designed for large-scale processing.  It uses a KTF5-3000 machine to shell sunflower seeds, preparing them for oil pressing.

In simpler terms:

Cleaning: Sunflower seeds are cleaned and sorted with a Grain Impurity Screen Cleaner and Grain Grade Cleaner.  This prepares the seeds for dehulling.  A 125 MODEL DE-STONER is used to remove stones.

Shelling: The KTF5-3000 machine shells the sunflower seeds.  This machine is highly automated and efficient.

We also provide free assembly line design plans based on your workshop size.
