                                                                COLOR SORTER

The Color Sorter is a kind of equipment which can sort out bad color particles in granular materials automatically by photoelectric detection technology according to the difference of photo metric characteristics of materials. The material feed to vibration feeder from the inlet, then into the chute evenly, the materials that have been irradiated by light exposed macro CCD camera lens, and selecting materials by chip of calculation with the micro-kernel architecture, the impurity put into vice-materials channel by leading electromagnetic levitation solenoid valve, finished product into the next process through the outlet. Multi-channel color sorter with more groups of channel, there is not only more materials processing capacity but also higher classification efficiency for different standard finished products. The operation of machine with a primary cleaning and inspection, or a primary cleaning and inspection plus secondary inspection. Under the premise of increasing the output of finished material, it can also ensure that the ratio of impurities removed is greatly reduced.
