                                                                DOUBLE-LAYER IMPURITY SCREEN

The Doubl-Layer Impurity Screen is a high capacity screen, which is mainly used for removing impurities or grading such as seeds, kernels, spices and others in different processing situations. The machine consists of a double-layered of sieve body, driven by vibration motors, so that the material jumps along the multi-layered sieve surface. Through different specifications of the screen mesh to achieve a variety of impurity removal and different sizes of material grading, and with the elastic ball to realize the function of automatic sieve clearing. By adjusting the vibration force of the vibration motor to achieve the most ideal effect of impurity removal and grading. The machine can also be assembled with double direction of dust catcher -to separate the light impurities and dust contained in the raw materials. The mesh specifications, size and material of the sieve can be customized. This equipment combined with our professional dust removal equipment, can realize a pollution-free environment.
