                                                                GRAIN POLISHER

The Grain Polisher is used to polish ground seeds, pumpkin seeds, watermelon seeds and other beans. This product provides polishing process and removes the dust, moldy spots and surface soil of materials, thus contributing to high sales value with clean, shiny, smooth and dust-free seeds. The desired polishing effect is achieved through rotation of the screw shaft, cleaning with polishing brushes, mutual displacement, and movement and friction with each other in the fluidized process. The Grain Polisher can be operated as a stand-alone unit or seamlessly integrated into lines. It is also possible to add a dust chamber to collect cuticle and other impurities during the production process. The Grain Polisher is customisable for number of polishing cycles and tube quantity. This useful machine improves the marketability and profitability of finished products, and it is an positive investment in product quality and customer satisfaction.
