This is built on our 20-year patented dehulling equipment manufacturing expertise and is designed for large-scale, high-quality sunflower kernel oil production.
We also offer a fully equipped seed processing production line plant. The setup process involves careful planning and design. We start by measuring the workshop area, including its length, width, and height. Based on the workshop's entrance or exit, we plan the start of the processing line. This includes the material feeding method, pit-making or feeding platform, and a storage tank for material reservation or direct processing.
We take into account the volume of materials you'll be processing and the quality level you require. We also consider the optimal locations for finished product storage and transportation. Once all this information is gathered, we can then proceed with the processing equipment setup.
