Product Description

The Trapezoidal Screener is mainly used for processing sunflower seed and kernel, pumpkin seed & kernels and other finished materials processing on the front end of production line, which can remove broken materials generated in the upstream processing efficiently, and process final product kernels with higher complete kernel rate with higher product value. The equipment is composed of two layers of screen, trapezoidal screen with fish scale screen and double vibration motor. The double vibration motors provide a consistent and adjustable vibration force, which is essential for efficient separation under different processing conditions. Moreover, the machine is equipped with a cyclone dust removal, which not only helps in removing dust particles but also contributes to a certain extent in enhancing the cleaning effect of impurities, ensuring a cleaner production environment and higher quality end products. The product has simple structure and Its excellent sorting effect makes it an indispensable component in the seed and kernel product processing line, playing a vital role in product quality.
