Product Description

The Broken Kernel Screen is mainly used to separate the different degrees of broken kernels that have come from the shelling process. It is often placed after the shelling production line to control the broken kernel volume and improve the perfect kernel rate of finished products, and achieve higher market value. It automatic cleaning process adopts double vibration motor, rubble balls and one piece of high density sieve, it ensures efficient self cleaning during operation. This reduces the need for frequent manual maintenance, saving both time and labor costs. To meet diverse quality and hygiene requirements in different production scenarios, these screens are fabricated from either carbon steel or stainless steel.
