Product Description

The Color Sorting Production Line is a system that sorts various materials to isolate high-quality products. 

Setting up involves measuring the workshop and planning the processing line based on the workshop's layout. This includes determining the material feeding method, creating a pit or platform for feeding, and setting up a storage tank.

The line includes a Z-type elevator, a polisher, a de-stoner, a gravity separator, and a color sorter. The sorter uses cameras to select seeds of poor color. These materials are then sent to a vibrating grader for final check. If needed, they can also go through an X-ray machine and metal detector for maximum quality. The finished products are handled by a packing machine.

The line also has a dust removal system with a cyclone and pulse-jet bag filter. It needs an air compressor and gas collector when using a sorter, pulse-jet bag filter, or packing machine.

We can provide PLC electricity control service if possible. Otherwise, you may need to produce the control cabinet locally for safety and convenience.
